• MedQ confirms pricing, availability, lead time and delivery in writing.
• On acceptance, MedQ supplies the goods and issues a VAT invoice.

Our brands

MedQ product ranges trade under several specialist names — WheelieBinz, BestDiscountSA, SupplyMed, AgroSupply, VitalChain and SafetyChain. These are MedQ ranges and departments rather than separate businesses. Whichever name a product carries, MedQ quotes it, supplies it and invoices it.

Trading terms in brief

• Quotations are valid for 7 days.
• Prices exclude VAT; VAT is shown separately and a VAT invoice is issued on order.
• Transport is not included unless shown on the quotation.
• Goods remain MedQ property until paid in full.
• Sterile products, PPE, medical devices and supplements are not returnable — see the returns terms before ordering.
• Banking details appear on the quotation and invoice only, never on this website.

What we do not supply

Medical devices, consumables and equipment. We do not supply scheduled medicines.

Where we deliver

Nationwide within South Africa, quoted per order against the delivery address and quantity. Collections from Johannesburg by arrangement.
