At MedQ, our primary goal is to ensure that you receive the right product for your needs. To help prevent unnecessary returns, we encourage you to consult with MedQ before making a purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with our 7-Day Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Handling Fee: A 15% handling fee applies to all returned and ordered items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

Original Packaging and Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and at the customer’s expense.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will include the item's price and any applicable taxes.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the item is returned due to damage or defects.

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

Item Condition: Items must be received in new, undamaged condition with no cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt (e.g., tires, armrests, etc.).

In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, items must be returned unused within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions

The following items and conditions do not qualify for a full refund:

Open-box items.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Items returned without prior notification.

Capital equipment (items with a serial number).

Clearance or "Scratch & Dent" items.

Capital Equipment

Guarantee: Capital equipment carries a 1-year guarantee from the date of sale.

Cancelled Orders: Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract a 15% handling charge.

Approval Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at gilbert@medq.co.za. Items must be shipped to:

Return Shipping Instructions

Freight Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by MedQ.

Correct Address: Items must be sent to the correct return address provided in your Return Authorization. Incorrectly shipped items may incur additional fees.

Insurance: We strongly recommend insuring items against shipping loss or damage.

Terms and Conditions

MedQ reserves the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors.

We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes.
