Containing 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, it has been specifically formulated to activate the colour molecules in our CeraLashTint range when being used as a standalone treatment step. Tint Developer opens the cuticle layer of the natural lash, allowing tint molecules to penetrate deep into the cortex for intense colour and shine. Using our classic lash tints ?
