Containing 2% Hydrogen Peroxide, Tint Developer is designed to activate the colour molecules in our tinting cream by opening the cuticle layer of the natural lash, allowing tint molecules to penetrate deep into the cortex for intense colour and shine. Our Tint Developer has been optimised to have the lowest percentage of Hydrogen Peroxide on the market, a gentle solution that helps to protect lash health.
