This formula can also be used as a relaxing foot soak and skin smoothening body polish. Directions: Add 4 teaspoons to running water and swirl to disperse evenly. Soak for at least 10 minutes. To use as a body polish, add a teaspoon of powder to your hand and mix with a bit of water to create a paste. Exfoliate the skin in circular motions and rinse when done.
